1. The parties have entered into a compromise. The claimant has place on record the written request stating that the matter has been patched up and he no more want to pursue his claim. The written application is made part of the record. The signature of the claimant is also taken on margin of the order sheet.
2. In view o the written application and statement made by the claimant, claim is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
3. File be consigned after its due completion.
