EXECUTION PETITION
1. It is observed that since cancellation application of the objector has been accepted vide separate order of this date passed in the file bearing complaint/ application No. 2150/791/12 titled Khawaja Ahmad Shehzad Managing Director Faisal Movers V Atta Mohammad as such the present execution application has become infructuous due to cancellation of the order under execution accordingly and having become infructuous.
2. The file of this application is to be consigned to the record room of this court duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
