1. COMPLIANT ABOUT FAULTY SERVICES The case is initially fixed on 23-08-2011 for issuance of proclamation in the news paper but it has been taken out from the fixed date on application of the claimant who wants to withdraw the complaint due to compromise in presence of the defendant as such statement is being recorded in the following paragraphs:- Statement of Aqeel Haider S/O Zafar Hussain claimant in person identified by Syed Haider Ali Bukhari Advocate High Court from D.G.Khan and Hashim Sher Khan Advocate High Court from D.G.Khan both as learned counsel for the claimant on oath:- States that I do not proceeded further with the present complaint due to amicable settlement with the defendant. I have executed an affidavit in this regard which is being presented as Mark P1 with request for disposal of the complaint as withdrawn.

3. Statement of the claimant has been recorded today by taking out the file from the fixed date as such the complaint is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
4. Parties are left to bear their on costs.
5. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the record room duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
