1. OREDR This file was fixed for 08-04-2011 but I was on long leave on the said date with effect from 04-04- 2011 to 09-04-2011 and the Reader had fixed the case for this date on the file cover.
2. The case was previously at the stage of compromise which is stated to have been completed and the claimant is said to have requested for disposal of the complaint by withdraw.
