1. The case was fixed on 23-08-2011 but I was on long leave on the said date and the Reader had fixed this date by entry on the file cover.

The case was previously at the stage of the personal appearance of the Ex-En/ DMO however according to order dated 22-08-2011 passed by Honourable High Court the proceedings of this court have been directed to be stayed with reference to FAO No.168-2011 in appeal titled Manager Operation MEPCO & 3 others V Akbar Ali and since the file has been summoned by the Honourable High Court as such the Ahlmad is directed to make the entry in the monthly report about sine-die adjournment without fixation of date so that the file may be taken up after the decision of the appeal and after its return from Honourable High Court.
