1. ' MAQBOOL BAQAR, J.---Through this petition, the petitioners have prayed, inter alia, for quashment of F.I.R. No.87 of 2011. The said F.I.R. Has been lodged by respondent No.5, Manzoor Ahmed, the father of petitioner No.2, under section 365-B, P.P.C., registered at Police Station Ranipur.

' The petitioner No. 2 present in Court states that neither has the petitioner No. 1 nor anyone else abducted her and that she has married petitioner No. 1 with her own sweet-will and has also sworn an affidavit of freewill before a Magistrate, being annexure-C to the petition and thereafter married the petitioner No. 1 vide Nikahnama dated 14-6-2011 (Annexure-B to the petition). She further states that since his father the respondent No. 5 was annoyed with the marriage, he has lodged the afore noted F.I.R. Concocting a false story; she further submits that she is living with petitioner No. 2 as his lawfully wedded wife freely and happily. As regards her age, it may be noted that as per the date of birth, mentioned in the report, photocopy whereof is annexed to the statement filed by the respondent No. 5, the complainant, himself in Court today. She is almost fifteen years of age. The petitioner No.2 also states that she is six months pregnant. The above fact is also verified by petitioner No.1, her husband, which Means that she has achieved the age of puberty.
3. We would, therefore, dispose of this petition by directing the I.O. Present in Court to record the Statement of petitioner No 2 in Court today and submit a report before the trial Court accordingly.
4. The report be submitted by tomorrow without fail and shall be disposed of latest on the next day.
5. Till then, the accused in the subject F.I.R. Shall not be arrested. The S.H.O., Police Station Preedy is directed to provide escort to the petitioners from the Court premises up to their residence for their safe passage.
