1. The case is at the stage of the compliance of the earlier orders but it is being stated by Mohammad Sajid claiming to be son of the sister of the claimant that the grievance of the claimant has been removed by compromise due to the prompt action of the defendants during the pendency of the present application therefore no need to further pursue the application which may be disposed off as withdrawn.
2. In accordance with the request of the representative of the petitioner and since the representative of the respondents has no objection against withdrawal of the application as such the same is allowed to be withdrawn.
3. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
4.
