' The petitioner seeks transfer of the respondent's suit from Gujranwala to Sheikhupura on the ground that she is a resident of Sheikhupura District. The respondent who happens to be her husband, contests the assertion regarding her residence. The petitioner has also filed a suit against the respondent at Sheikhupura. The suits are in Family Courts.
2. The disputed question also affects jurisdiction. It thus remains to be seen as to how the Family Court at Sheikhupura is going to decide the issue of the petitioner's residence and consequently the question of jurisdiction. It is, therefore, premature to order transfer at this stage. The petition is accordingly dismissed leaving the parties to bear their own costs. In case, however, the petitioner is held to, be a resident of Sheikhupura District, she may move this Court for transfer, if so advised.
