ORDER

1. The report submitted by Chief Engineer Water and Power reveals that six new Hydro Power Projects are under construction and on their completion, electricity shortage problem will be solved. The report further reveals that loadshedding has since been eliminated in Gilgit City and in the surroundings and that uninterrupted electricity is being supplied therefore for the time being the diesel generators need not to be operated and that amount allocated for the purpose of generator fuel will be utilized during the next winter season to minimize the loadshedding in Gilgit and suburbs.

2. The position explained in the report has been confirmed by the Chief Engineer while appearing in person in Court and in view thereof further proceeding in the matter are not required which is accordingly disposed of.
