1. Shahid Jamiluddin states that the KBCA will take action for removing the illegal structure by seeking assistance of the law enforcement agencies and that action will also be taken by the KBCA against the Builder to provide compensation to the occupiers of the illegal structure. He further states that KBCA will take action against its on officials including the DCB and TBCO of Saddar Town, Karachi and will submit report in this respect within a period of one month. Let such be done.
4. As requested by Mr. Shahid Jamiluddin, TPO Saddar Town, Karachi, is directed to provide full assistance to the KBCA for undertaking the action in accordance with law. .
