DECISION ' This purports t6 be an appeal under section 30 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923, against an order passed by the learned commissioner for Workmen's Compensation (East Division), on 10th December, 1969, awarding an amount of Rs, 15,000 as group insurance compensation under Standing Order 10-B to the heirs of an ex-employee of the appellant-Company, Mohammad Ahmad Siddiqui, who died on 3rd June, 1976, while in the employment of the appellant-Company, which is engaged in construction work. This amount was awarded by the learned Commissioner as the deceased admittedly was not insured by the appellant-Company in the manner as provided under Standing Order 10-B.

2. It has been repeatedly held by this Tribunal that no appeal lies to it against an order passed by a Commissioner, Workmen's Compensation under Standing Order 10-B. The latest decision in this behalf is in the case of Karachi Transport Corporation v. Maula Bux and another. Decided on 18th February, 1981.

3. As the appeal filed by the appellant is not maintainable, it is dismissed in limine.
