JUDGMENT ORDER SYED AKHLAQ AHMED, J. Grievance of Majeedan Bibi/petitioner is that she is a household lady and belongs to a respectable family. She filed a petition under section 22-1A/22-B, Cr . P. C . Before the learned Justice of Peace/ASJ Gujranwala for the direction to C .P.O. Gujranwala S.H.O. Police Station Dhullay Gujranwala and the Superintendent Jail Gujranwala/respondents Nos. 1 to 3 not to cause illegal harassm ent to the petitioner and her son/Muhammad Imran which was disposed of on 11-10-2010. Muhammad Imtiaz son of the petitioner and co-accused Muhammad Imtiaz are involved in case Nos. 216 of 2010, 231 of 2010 and 247 of 2010 under sections 395/399/402, P.P.C. Registered at Police Station Ahmad Nagar and Police Station Cantt. Gujranwala. It is alleged that after the registration of aforesaid criminal cases, the police has started a campaign against her, her son and other family members threatening that they will be involved in so many other cases. The petitioner approached the respondents/ police officers for not causing ally illegal harassm ent to her but they have not accepted her genuine demand. Hence, this writ.
2. Be that as it may, C.P.O Gujranwala and S.H.O. Police Station Dhullay Gujranwala/respondents Nos.1 and 2 are directed to remain within the domain of law and not to cause any harassment to Majeedan Bibi/petitioner and her family. However, if any criminal case stands registered against her and her family or they are required for investigation in any such case, respondents Nos.1 and 2 shall proceed strictly in accordance with law.
With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
