1. MS. RUKHSANA AHMED, J.--- Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present along with his client and seeks urgency in taking up the matter, as such C.M.A..No,11241 of 2010 is taken up. It has been elaborated in the affidavit in para.4 to the urgent application that the plaintiff has entered a fresh legal contract with another T.V. Channel and is now legally bound to perform her legal obligations under the said contract and her first show is to be broadcasted tomorrow morning i.e. On 3-11-2010 but the defendants are continuously harassing the plaintiff and demanding her to join back their group namely ARY Group. The urgency application is therefore, granted.
2. Through this application being C.M.A. No,11242 of 2010, the plaintiff has prayed that the defendants may be restrained from causing any obstruction to the applicant from earning her livelihood by offering the services that she desires to offer under her employment. Agreement dated 30-10-2010 with 'another employer. The defendants may also be restrained from harassing, threatening and blackmailing the plaintiff in any manner whatsoever and further from publishing, broadcasting or circulating through any mode or means the recorded video clips of the plaintiff or any discussions or news items relating to her former employment arrangement with the defendants.
3. The present suit has been filed for recovery of amount of Rs,l4,400.000. Permanent injunction, declaration and damages against the defendants on the narration of facts and happenings, the present application merits consideration of this Court and the prayer on the said C.M.A. Is granted till the next date of hearing. Adjourned to 30-11-2010. Notice to the defendants.
