' HAFIZ ABDUL REHMAN ANSARI, J.---Through this constitutional petition the petitioner seeks direction to respondent No,1 Secretary Education, Government of the Punjab that petitioner be transferred from Government Girls College Shujabad to Government Girls College Katuchary Road, Multan.
2. Learned counsel submits that petitioner was transferred under the wedlock policy from Sheikhupura to Government Girls College Shujabad. The petitioner filed an application before respondent No,1 for her second transfer from Government Girls College, Shujabad to Government Girls College, Katuchary Road, Multan. The petitioner also obtained N.O.C. From Government Girls College Katuchary Road, Multan that seat is vacant in the college and the Principal has no objection of her transfer; that the respondent refused to accept the request of the petitioner that one chance of transfer the petitioner has availed. The petitioner cannot avail the second chance.
Learned counsel submitted that in other cases, the respondent No,1 has passed orders availing the second chance. Learned counsel submits that direction be issued to respondent No,1 for the transfer of petitioner.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at length.

The Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan has determined the field and authority of organ of the State under the principle of trichotomy, this Court cannot exercise the executive power it is in the competence of respondent No,1 to accept the application of the petitioner and pass an order on the application, this Court cannot issue direction to respondent No,1 that the petitioner should be transferred from Government Girls College. A Shujabad to Government Girls College Katuchary Road, Multan, however, respondent No,1 is directed to take into consideration the application of the petitioner for second transfer from Government Girls College, Shujabad to Government Girls College Katuchary Road, Multan, while the petitioner has also produced the N.O.C. From the said college for her transfer.
5. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed in limine.
