1. Mr. Khalid Jawaid, Advocate has withdrawn his Vakalatnama after having served notice under Rule 50 of the Sindh Chief Court Rules. In the interest of justice notices were ordered to be served directly on the petitioner for today's date of hearing. Bailiff has submitted report effecting service on the petitioner which was received by one office attendant, Muhammad Farooq so also notice was pasted on the main-gate of the subject hotel. The case was called in the morning when none was in attendance for Petitioner. It was again called at 11.05 a.m., then, too none was present for petitioner. We have left no option but .To dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Since the petitioner has claimed his action on the part of the K.B.C.A. Since none is in attendance on behalf of the petitioner, we are constrained to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
