1. The petitioner has claimed a plot from the respondent on the basis of Challan No. 14913, dated 26.2.1985 which is stated to have been deposited in the National Bank of Pakistan. Today, Mr. Manzoor Ahmed, learned counsel for C.D.G.K., has filed a Certificate dated 28.8.2008 issued by the National Bank of Pakistan, K.D.A. Branch Civic Centre, Karachi and the stamp is stated to be faked.
2. Under the circumstances, the petitioner has come before this Court with unclean hands for obtaining the discretionary relief. We would, therefore, dismiss this petition alongwith the listed application. .
