During conciliation proceedings, respondent's representative Asghar Ali has undertaken to provide sui gas connection to the petitioner by the mid of December of this year, at the latest, and even during the month of November. He has signed on the margin of order sheet to this effect. On the other hand, petitioner's learned counsel feels satisfied with respondent's undertaking.
2. In view of above, the petition is disposed of with the observation that respondents shall abide by their statement.
