1. ' JUSTICE (RTD.) ALI MUHAMMAD BALOCH (CHAIRMAN).--- The contents of application for transfer have been perused and the comments from Sindh Labour Court No,IV, Karachi, have been read.
2. The learned Counsel for the applicant has been heard. It is clear that side of evidence of the applicant is over before Labour Court, and the respondent has also started his evidence and the matter is likely to be finally decided, if no further time is wasted,. I do not find any cogent reason for transferring this case to any other Court as on transfer the parties have to be served with fresh notices and the Court may call R&Ps from the original Court where it is nearing completion., If A any party is aggrieved with the judgment of the original Court, he has the right to come in appeal before the Tribunal.
3. ' In order to save the time of the parties and the Court the application for transfer is dismissed. The original Court is directed to decide the case, without any delay.
