In the written apology respondent No,1 has maintained that he has great respect for all the Courts and while tendering unconditional apology he has thrown himself at the mercy of this Court. He has further maintained that he never intended to disgrace or humiliate any Court and he had no intention to insult the learned Senior Special Judge, Anti- Corruption, Punjab Lahore on 7-2-2009.

2. The comments of this petition submitted by the learned Senior Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Punjab, Lahore show that the learned counsel for respondent No,1 before the said Court had already "very humbly and gently tendered unconditional apology on his own as well as on behalf of the respondent No,1 or the complainant" and that is why the said learned Court had "dropped the idea of moving" this Court in that regard.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner feels satisfied with the unconditional apology tendered by respondent No,1 and in the circumstances of this case I too have felt that no further proceedings in this regard are called for. This petition is, therefore, disposed of. revisions by the competent authorities. Therefore, it is advisable to consult the official sources or legal professionals for the most up-to-date and accurate information.
