M.A. ZAFAR, J. - Petitioner Nadeem Afeal Khan has filed this petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan for quashing of F.I.R. No. 115/09 dated 11.3.2009 for offence under Section 395, PPC registered with Police Station Saddar Phonologer, District Kasur at the instance of Ch. Muhammad Sadiq complainant.
2. Briefly the facts of the F.I.R. Are that on the night between 22/23.01.2009 at about 2:30 a.m. The petitioner alongwith two unknown companions while armed with deadly weapons entered into the factory of complainant and robbed away cash, fire-arm and mobile phones.
3. Let a copy of this petition alongwith its annexes may be sent to Addl. Inspector General of Police (Investigation) Punjab, Lahore to look into the matter and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner for the redressal of his grievance. Petitioner is directed to appear before the aforesaid Officer on 6.8.2009 at 11:00 a.m. Disposed of.
