1. After having received the comments from District Officer (Revenue), C.D.G.K., whereby the claim of respondent, Mukhtiar kar (Revenue), Karachi-West, was disputed that he is not competent to lease out the land for Wahi Chahi cultivation purpose of Mst. Sabira Begum who Ghulam Mustafa from whom the petitioner has claimed .The land. In such circumstance, the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the petition, which is allowed to be withdrawn with no order as to costs alongwith the listed application. Mr. Miran Muhammad Shah; learned A.A.G., is directed to communicate the respondent about withdrawal of the instant petition and direction to protect the public land from any unauthorized claimant.
