1. Petitioner claims that the Respondents are threatening to cancel lease. Mr. Manzoor Ahmed learned counsel for the C.D.G.K. Contends that the subject premises was leased out to the petitioner for a specific purpose for carrying out workshop on Plot No. 1 admeasuring 696 sq. Yrds Inter City Bus Terminal, R.C.D. Highway, Yousuf Goth. Sector 21, Baldia Town, Karachi and Plot No. 1 Washing Yard. Habib Metropolitan, admeasuring 461 sq. Yards Bus Terminal, Yousuf Goth, Sector 21, Baldia Town, Karachi on rental lease respectively. In both petitions the petitioner claims they have been threatened of cancellation of license.
2. Mr. Manzoor Ahmed learned counsel for C.D G.K states that the premises is being used for purpose other than for it was licensed. Mr. Alvi disputes such fact and states that. the petitioner shall use the subject premises for the purpose assigned in the license and it shall not be used for any other purpose. Mr. Manzoor. Ahmed seeks permission to take action if at all the petitioner deviates from the notified purpose. We accordingly dispose of both the petitions in terms above. . revisions by the competent authorities.
