2. I.O., who is present in the Court states that after completion of investigation, challan has been substituted in the prosecution branch, which is going to be submitted before the Court of competent jurisdiction within couple of days.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition provided, direction be issued to the learned Trial Court that if petitioner submits application u/s 249, Cr.P.C., the same shall be taken up first and decided within a fortnight on its own merits.
