' MUHAMMAD KHALID MEHMOOD KHAN, J.---Submits that Ex-Officio Justice of Peace directed respondent No.2/S.H.O. Police Station Batapur, Lahore to entertain petitioner's application and will proceed in accordance with law, on failure of said S.H.O. To attend petitioner's application, petitioner again approached the Court and learned Additional Sessions Judge/ExOfficio Justice of Peace directed respondent No. 1/Superintendent of Police (Operation) to look into the matter and take necessary action against S.H.O. And will proceed in accordance with law. Further submits that in spite of specific order of learned Ex-Officio Justice of Peace, the grievance of petitioner has not been redressed.
2. In view of the above respondent No.1 is directed to entertain petitioner's application and comply order dated 6-3-2010 passed by learned Ex-Officio Justice of Peace within seven days from the receipt of this order under intimation to Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
3. With these observations this petition stands disposed of.
