1. SH. AZMAT SAEED, J.--- The learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition against respondents Nos. 2 to 6.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for respondents Nos. 1(i) to 1(iv)-legal heirs of respondent No. 1-the deceased, state that their respective clients have entered into a settlement and in this respect they have placed on record a written agreement (Mark-A).
3. Both the learned counsel seek disposal of this revision petition in terms whereof. So order.
