' HAFIZ ABDUL REHMAN ANSARI, J.---Through this constitutional petition, petitioner has sought direction to learned Judge Family Court, D.G. Khan to dispose her suit for dissolution of marriage pending before him in her favour.
2. The contents of the writ petition revealed that there is serious dispute between the spouses. The husband is harassing and humiliating the petitioner on one pretext or the other and through registration of false cases against her.
3. Petitioner has filed suit for dissolution of marriage on 9-2-2010 which is pending before the learned Judge Family Court, D.G. Khan. Petitioner has sought direction to the Judge Family Court to decide her suit in her favour. It is very strange that through this writ petition interference and intercession is sought in the case pending before the learned Judge Family Court for which this Court has no authority to interfere in the cases pending before the learned Lower Courts. Such prayer amounts to contempt of this Court. This Court cannot think of to issue such direction or interference in the cases pending before the lower Courts. The direction sought for from this Court is highly unreasonable which is not permissible in any way under the law. The prayer made in writ petition is reproduced as under:-- "Under the above mentioned facts and circumstances, it is most humbly prayed that this petition of the petitioner may very graciously be accepted and necessary directions may kindly be issued to the learned Judge Family Court, Dera Ghazi Khan, to dispose of the suit for dissolution of marriage pending in his Court in favour of the petitioner, so that the petitioner could take a sigh of relief and spend her life & liberty according to her will and wishes."
' The case of the petitioner before the Judge Family Court cannot be preferred against other cases even if petitioner is seeking direction for early disposal of her case.
4. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
