' Dildar Hussain, ex-Constable No, 1446, Multan Police, has tiled this appeal under section 4 of the Punjab Service Tribunal Act, 1974 against the impugned order of his dismissal dated 27th September, 1972 passed by the Superintendent ef Police, Multan and has prayed that he may be reinstated in service.
2. While going through the record I find that the appellant was dismissed in 1972 by the competent authority. He filed An appeal to the Police which was also dismissed. His revision appeal to the I.-G.
Police also met the same fate. The date of decision of the 1.-G. Police is 6th December, 1973. After this he should have either gone to a civil Court or to the Service Tribunal when it was formed. The appellant kept on making indefinite representations and appeals in forums which were not competent to award any legal remedy. Reliance has been placed by the appellant on a letter of C.M.L.A.'s Secretariat which only states that he should seek remedy in a civil Court. The appeal being hopelessly time barred is dismissed in limine.
