As parties' controversy can be resolved summarily, therefore, arguments on parties respective contentions have been heard and record perused.

Petitioner's grievance is that the respondent have charged him for consumption of electricity during the months of September /October 2009 and November/December 2009 on the basis of different rates of tariff with the result that respondent have burdened the petitioner with extra charges of Rs.2000/-. Both parties tried to justify their respective view points.

When petitioner's grievance is considered in the light of record on file the same is supported as he previously received properly prepared electricity bills for the months of September/October 2009 which the petitioner paid but he was not properly charged for consumption of energy during the months of November/ December 2009, therefore, the petitioner rightly felt aggrieved by respondent discriminate treatment.
4. For what has been stated above, petition is accepted to the extent of correction of bills for the months of November/December 2009. Petitioner is directed to approach respondent with a copy of this order for correction disputed bills which be prepared @ tariff forming basis for the bills of SeptemberOctober2009. As regards petitioner's prayer for change of his electricity meter, the same has already been changed vide Para-2 of written statement. Therefore, the petition is dismissed to the extent of change of electricity meter petition is accordingly disposed off.
