1. MAQBOOL. BAQAR, J. --- Mr. Ashraf A.I Butt, Advocate files a statement to the effect that order dated 26.3.2009 has been complied with by the Cantonment Board on 19.5.2009, by removing the encroachment with police aid. The photocopies of the photographs taken at site during the demolition, show that the demolition is being carried out and large part of a boundary wall has been demolished.
2. Mr. M.M. Tariq, Advocate also submits that the encroachment has been removed. He, however, requests that certain trees, which re blocking the flow on the road, may be directed to be removed.
3. Mr. Ashraf A.I Butt, Advocate undertakes on behalf of his client that the trees shall be removed within a week's time.
4. Mr. M.M. Tariq, Advocate being satisfied with the above, does not press this petition alongwith pending application.
