ORDER

' This Intra Court Appeal is directed against the order dated 27-4-2010, whereby a constitutional petition filed by the present appellant seeking certified copies of certain documents was disposed of.

2. We have heard the appellant, the learned Assistant Advocate General as well as Mr. Bahadur Ali Khan, Additional Registrar (Judicial).

3. We are informed that the documents in question are part of the record. We are also informed that the said record is open to inspection including by the appellant. The documents in question pertain to a lis in which the appellant is a party, therefore, there is no reason for non-supply of the same to the appellant by the office, especially when he has a right of information as guaranteed under Article 19-A of the constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Consequently, the office is directed to issue certified copies of the documents in question in accordance with law and thereafter reseal the record.
