UMAR ATA BANDIAL, J.--- The record of the present petition as well as the previous Criminal Original No,28-W of 2010 has been perused. The said contempt petition was disposed of on 27-5-2010 on account of a statement made by respondent No,1 that the petitioner's grievance had been decided vide his order dated 19-5-2010. The present petition is filed to agitate that although the petitioner attended the proceedings before respondent No,1, no order whatsoever has been issued by said respondent in the matter of the petitioner's grievance. The main grievance is that respondents Nos.2 and 3 have been appointed as Chowkidars although their names do not find mentioned in the merit list.
2. The respondent No,1 is under a duty to provide the grounds of his decision on the petitioner's application. It has been represented to the Court that such decision was made on 19-5-2010. A copy of the same shall be provided to the petitioner within one week from the date of this order.
Failing that the petitioner may approach this Court in contempt jurisdiction.
