1. Mr. Manzoor, learned counsel for C.D.G.K. Submits that the amount already paid by the petitioner shall be adjusted while considering the commercialization in accordance with the City District Government Rules and/or other law as may, be in vogue.
2. We would also dispose of the instant petition subject to all just exceptions. Commercialization may be carried out as has been extended to other property owners in accordance with law. The petitioner shall pay the commercialization fee as per law in force. All pending applications also stand disposed of. .
