1. In this claim for recovery of damages caused by alleged defective and faulty services of the defendants regarding unjustified charges Rs. 600/- to return installment to the claimant after due date unjustifiably imposed the defendants have raised an objection that this court lacks jurisdiction to try the claim as the banking court at Faisalabad has the jurisdiction to settle the such dispute.

3.From the contents of Para No. 1, of the claim it appears that the Askari Bank Satiana Road Faisalabad advance loan of Rs. 18000/- on the bases of return on monthly installments. Therefore this court having no jurisdiction in the matter as the banking court has domain over such matters therefore, the claim is hereby dismissed. File be consigned to the record room after its due completions.
