1. Learned counsel for the petitioner files statement, together with copies of certain documents. The same are taken on record. Copies received by both learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly state at the bar that the review application may be disposed of by means of recording of the observation that any/all the observations as recorded in order dated 18.4.2008 (whereby the case stands remanded to learned Trial Court for hearing of the case afresh), shall not affect the rights of any of the parties and that the Trial Court shall not feel influenced by the same while deciding the case. .
