ORDER

' ZAFAR IQBAL CHAUDHRY, J.--Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he submitted an application before the learned Election Tribunal regarding condition of the bags, seals and envelopes but he has not mentioned the defects pointed out in his application. He further submits that he will be satisfied if the learned Election Tribunal is directed to mention the exact condition mentioned in his application during counting proceedings.

2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No, 2 submits that the bags for the first time were produced before the learned Election Tribunal on 2-2-2008 but at that time no objection was raised and the petitioner took these objections subsequently just to create false defence against the respondent.

3. Be that as it may, the learned Election Tribunal is directed to see the exact condition of the bags, seals and the envelopes according to the application filed by the petitioner and will mention the real condition in the proceedings. The record of this case will be returned immediately to the learned Election Tribunal for further proceedings and the parties are directed to appear before the Election Tribunal on 11-10-2008 at 10-00 a.m. Disposed of. revisions by the competent authorities.
