1. ' MUSHIR ALAM, J.---Mr.Manzoor Ahmed, Advocate for CDGK along with Mr. Nizami, D.D.O. Revenue present in Court along with cheques for Noor Muhammad Khatri petitioner No,8, Muhammad Ali Irfan petitioner No,9, Mst. Chaman Ara Begum petitioner No,18, Ghulam Ahmed Khan petitioner No,24, Muhammad Hamid petitioner No,31 and Abdul Ghaffar petitioner No,32. He further states that payments have already been made to the petitioners-Qamar Sultana petitioner No,1, Rahmat Bano petitioner No,2, Nazir Ahmed petitioner No,3, Ch. Muhammad Mehdi petitioner No,4, Major Jehangir Akhtar petitioner No,5, Ch. Muhammad Muzaffar petitioner No,.6, Haji Essa Bhai Kabra petitioner No,7, Syed Mumtaz Hussain petitioner No,11, Mst. Aisha petitioner No,13, Saeeduddin Nomani petitioner No,16, Anirur Rehman petitioner No,17, Haleem Bai petitioner No,20, Mrs. Agnis Saleem petitioner No,22, Amna Aziz, Khatoon petitioner No,23, Shakeel Ahmed petitioner No,26, Muhammad Zaki Chawala petitioner No,29, Mst. Kishawar Sultana petitioner No,30, Zakria Rahman petitioner No,33 leaving only 9 petitioners to be-settled. As regard remaining 9 petitioners, it is stated that petitioner No,21 Syed Arshad Ali has already been paid three compensations thus 8 unsettled. Mr. Manzoor states out of 8 petitioners 5 petitioners shall be paid within seven (7) days and the three remaining whose houses have come under alignment, as and when their construction or possession is disturbed shall be paid. In case petitioners do not receive the amount from the D.D.O.
2. Revenue present in Court within two weeks from today same shall be deposited with the Nazir of this Court to avoid dispute or controversy in this regard. Since purpose and intent of this application is served, application is accordingly disposed of.
3. ' Petitioner may, however, if aggrieved by the quantum of compensation may agitate the same before the Competent Authority.
