MUHAMMAD MOOSA K. LEGHARI, J. - As the above-said appeals arise out of the same judgment, those are being disposed of by this single judgment. Through these appeals the appellant has order dated 30.4.1999. Passed by Sindh Labour Court No. IV, Karachi, whereby grievance petitions of Respondent workers were allowed and they were ordered to be reinstated in service with full back- benefits.

2. As the appeals are being disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, there is no need to narrate the facts of the case.

3. By consent the order passed by The learned Labour Court is set aside. Instead of reinstatement, Respondent workers shall be paid compensation of a lumpsum amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) in lieu of 30 months wages/salary as admissible under the law.
