ATTA-UR-REHMAN, J. - Mr. Khadim Hussain Shaikh has filed para wise comments in which the allegations of. Th'e petitioner are denied. Lt is denied that the petitioner was at any point of time detained by the respondents as alleged.

Mr. Muhammad Azeem Panhwar learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that there is a controversy into the version of the two parties, let the petitioner be put at liberty to approach the competent Court of law or the police station concerned if so advised for the redress of his grievance.
3. Ln the circumstances the petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner is at liberty to approach the proper forum that may be a Court of law or the police station concerned for the redress of his grievance where he will be heard and his case will be decided on merits in accordance with law.
