1. Complainant's case is that in a road accident his Suzuki car LEC-07 9563 Chasis No. 528674 Engine No. 224672 was damaged. He approached the respondent for repair of the vehicle who after assessm ent got approved the claim from the Insurance Company about replacement of ? Was received for its replacement but respondent did not replace the same and old ? After repair was fitted in the car. In this way respondent provided a defective product and also is guilty of providing defective service. Respondent did not choose to appear inspite of due service, therefore respondent was proceeded exparte.
2. In order to prove the case complainant himself appeared as PW1 and produced File be consigned to the record room after its due completion.
