1. Today the matter was fixed for disposal of Misc. No. 8386/2007 moved by the petitioners stating that the petitioners have agreed to compensate the respondents and other encroachers, who had settled the matter outside the Court in terms as narrated in the application but as Mr. Muhammad Jamil, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 has no notice of this application, therefore, he claims copy of the same to go through Mr. Manzoor Ahmed, learned counsel for City District Government, Karachi states that in compliance of the orders of this Court passed on 22.05.2007 and 17.10.2007 both City District Government, Karachi and Katchi Abadi Authority were held responsible to persons have been compensated by relishing the amount from those delinquent officers, who were responsible for allowing the encroachment and declaring the road as Katchi Abadi.
