1. SAYED ZAHID HUSSAIN, CJ. - Writ Petition No. 2302/2008 titled "Rana Muhammad Ashfaq Khan v.
2. District Judge, Sahiwal and others" pending at the Multan Bench of this Court is sought to be transferred to the Principal Seat of , Court.
3. The learned counsel for the parties have been heard.
4. Without dilating upon the peculiar background of litigation between the parties, the admitted position is that the writ petition sought to be transferred arose out of an order passed by the learned District Judge, Sahiwal which falls within the ambit of jurisdiction of Multan Bench. The petition is being heard by the learned Judge at the Bench. I find no valid justification to withdraw the petition from the Bench for its hearing at the Principal Seat.
5. The application is dismissed accordingly.
