SYED HAMID ALI SHAH, J. - Petitioners state that out of total amount of Rs. 28,95,600/- an amount of Rs. 25,47,733/- has been released through a cross, cheque drawn, at National Bank of Pakistan, Model-Town Branch, Lahore. Petitioners were promised that their application for certification will be entertained on the withdrawal of this petition. They do not press this petition, seeks its withdrawal.
They seek permission to file afresh, if their grievance is not redressed.
2. Secretary Education (Schools), Government of the Punjab/Managing Director, Punjab . Education Foundation, is directed to decide the pending application of the petitioner for certification, within the parameters of law through a speaking order, within one month from today.
3. This petition is disposed of and the petitioners will be at liberty to assail the order of the Secretary if it is not, passed within the parameters of law.
