2. Agricultural Development Bank, Dadu Branch is present along with Mr. Khadim Hussain Shaikh.

3. Learned counsel, on instructions states that the petitioner has never been pressurized by the respondent No. 1 or the respondent No. 2 as alleged by the in the present petition. He states that this statement is being made before the Court under specific instructions and in case, it is found otherwise, the petitioner may. On proof of his case seek damages from the competent Court, according to law. With this statement learned counsel for the petitioner expresses his satisfaction and dues not press this petition, which is dismissed as not proceed.
