This appeal is directed .Against the order of the learned Single Judge of this Court dated 5.11.2008, whereby the Constitutional petition filed by the present appellant was dismissed.
2. The appellant, who is an employee of respondent-LESCO, filed a Constitutional petition against the order of transfer dated 1.11.2008. The primary grievance raised by the petitioner is that he was not liable to be transferred out of a sub-division.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent has filed in Court the appointment letter of the appellant which clearly stipulates that he is liable to be transferred to any post within LESCO. The impugned order of transfer is within LESCO.
4. In this view of the matter, the appellant has no case. This appeal is without any merits and is dismissed.
