ORDER

1. ' The petitioner through this petition has contended that an enquiry in pursuance of the charge- sheet dated 13-2-2007, which is being conducted at Turbat, is to be transferred from that place to other place. Learned counsel for the respondents and the learned D.A.G. Have strongly opposed the request by stating that fraud, embezzlement and malpractices have been charged, which are mentioned in the charge-sheet and they are in respect of the working place of the petitioner which is Turbat vis-a-vis. The Bank Branch at Turbat, while witnesses are also available at that place.

2. After hearing the learned counsel, it appears that the petition is not maintainable and misconceived. This Court, in Constitutional jurisdiction cannot transfer the enquiry as per desire of the petitioner. Hence this petition is dismissed in limine with costs of Rs,5,000.
