1. Petitioner/borrower has filed this petition against Zarai Tarkiati Bank Ltd. The Banking Company seeking direction to furnish statement of. Account. The dispute raised in the petition -is between borrower/customer and Bank, same falls within the purview of the Banking law. Petition for the relief claimed is not maintainable and remedy if at all lies before the Banking Court, It is apparently for this reason petitioner and his counsel are absent. Accordingly, petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
