1. ' This petition was disposed of on 27-10-1994 and since then different miscellaneous applications are being made. The petition was disposed of with the consent of the parties and it is alleged that the petitioner in terms of the order passed on 27-10-1994 did not deposit the requisite amount and has deposited a part of it. Till date the petitioner has not deposited the balance amount either in the Court or the said amount is paid by him to the Evacuee Trust. All these miscellaneous applications are misconceived and are accordingly dismissed. This Court will not entertain application in disposed of matter raising the issues, which are collateral in nature. All the pending/listed applications are dismissed.
