ORDER

1. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and the officers present in Court, lt appears that one plot and Rs. 50,000/- has been paid to the petitioner. The petitioner claimed that his mother owned a double storey premises, which has been demolished and in terms of the judgment of this Court, he was entitled for two plots, and Rs. 100,000/- if the petitioner is still aggrieved and claims one more plot and Rs. 50.000/-, he may file a suit for recovery of the same or any other appropriate proceedings as in exercise of Constitutional jurisdiction we cannot entertain a petition which is based on disputed facts.

2. 2 Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is however, at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances.
