ORDER

' AMIR HANI MUSLIM,J--- We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and the officers present in Court. It appears that one plot and Rs,50,000 has been paid to the petitioner, The petitioner claimed that his mother owned a double storey premises, which has been demolished and in terms of the judgment of this Court, he was entitled for two plots and Rs,1,00,000 if the petitioner is still aggrieved and claims one more plot and Rs,50,000 he may file a suit for recovery of the same or any other appropriate proceedings as in exercise of Constitutional jurisdiction we cannot entertain a petition which is based on disputed facts.

2. Accordingly this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is however at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances.
