1. 'MUHAMMAD MOOSA K. LEGHARI, J.--- In the early morning Mr. Jamil Ahmed Virk, Advocate for the petitioner left a chit that he was busy before a Division Bench of this Court. The matter is called thrice since morning. It is now 1-20 p.m. But the Advocate for the petitioner is said to be on his legs before other Bench.
2. ' Learned counsel for the respondent stated that because of interim order passed in favour of the petitioner, the Advocate for the petitioner is avoiding to appear. The perusal of the previous diaries reveals that the matter, was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the circumstances interim orders passed in the matter are recalled.
